Some say the Diablos are spicy...I found them to be Full Body but not so spicy. The taste sticks with you for hours.

Its a great full flavor budget smoke.

Don't know if they'll make your price range but they are definitely spicey and full body.

JdN Antano's are strong and full body but aren't maduro. They're pretty inexpensive too.

The Taboo SFO line is is strong/full/maduro/cheap. Not as strong or full as the aforementioned but within the price range. Taste pretty good too

As many have said the LFD double ligero chisel maduro also their oscuro and as Scott said the Sancho double maddie has a nice peppery start and a bit of pepper on the finish.

I've heard the same. I haven't had one yet. I'm sure they're still pretty strong.
