I'd definitely follow Carlos' lead, but if you ask me, a trip to Calle Ocho would be nice and a dinner at Versaille is a must, although the mom and pop places are great as well. Just don't ask the guys at Sosa for directions to El Rey (Pepin's place)
South Beach is great for people watching as well. Aruba is frickin awesome and you'll Love it
