Depends largely on what you want. Special teas is nice for decent tea. as is Adagio.
If you want to go more high end,

My favorite of all times is

Also, Scott at Yunnan Sourcing if you get into pu-erh like me

my fiancee uses adagio.com for all her teas. she seems to be very happy with them..she's been getting more packages then I have.
