i agree!! Ron at cigarsolutions has the best costumer service!! i've tried a few others that have been mentioned,,, Ron really takes care of his clients!!

I gotta give props to Mark at cigarmony.com. I went ahead and ordered from him, since I've ordered from him previously and had no issues. After I placed my order, I went back to look at the specs on the 30-count and noticed it was out of stock. I fired off an e-mail to Mark asking whether he would have them back in stock in time for our upcoming Upstate NY herf. Mark replied back within 5 minutes that I had actually got the last 30-count he had in stock, and it would be shipping out ASAP. Help me bump his rep, great customer service!
