I saw an 1700 sq ft. place around here the other week for $850.... and heat included! (not that you need heat out there)

Good luck in not having to sell it, someone will come around

Thanks guys! It really is a great area, that's why I think we should get the $2,950 but I'm willing to lower it so I don't have to worry about this.
