Who makes crab cakes.... help

Well... I gotta say I like my crab cakes very simple. That being said... I have adopted Paula Dean's recipe and tweaked it a little for my tastes. Here is what I have come up with:

1 lb crab
1/2 cup Ritz crackers
3 green onions with tops chopped fine
1/4 cup mayo
1 egg
1 tsp worsty sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
dash of cayenne
flour for dusting
peanut oil

Combine all ingredients except for flour and oil.
Make patties
Dust with flour
Pan fry in hot peanut oil until browned
Flip and repeat

Blue Bay Fish Market down the street from us makes a premade patty ready for the pan. Better than I can do the only thing I add is a sprinkle of lime jice and serve Hot. The also ship
