Good post...interesting to say the least. The price tag is sure surprising. Considering that $200,000 is also what they list their gross income as. Also, I can't believe the rent is only $2,000 per month. Knowing Seattle, and that location, that seems rather unbelieveable. That being said, if all of this adds up, it would be a great investment (whether you are a lover of cigars or not).
