According to GSP Penn is a chapter in his book that he isn't turning back to. And he shouldn't.

I really wanted to see Lauzon lose, so maybe he'll get another shot at having his butt handed to him be Ken-flo again.

Looks like Frank Shamrock is making his way back to the ring and taking on Nick Diaz. Shamrock should have this covered, though Diaz usually puts on a good fight, so it should be something to watch.

Anyone going to the Arnold Grappling Championship in Ohio?
