Maybe you shouldn't be. I went yesterday and they were "temporarily closed", due to problems with the humidity system, according to the manager, who opened the door long enough to tell me that.

My response was, "I wanted to call first, but you don't have a local phone number published online", which she admitted was true. Plus, they added a "No firearms or other weapons on these premises" sign, although only on the front door. Sure, they can do that, but it's pointless if not on the other entrances too.

Plus, the sign mentions a PENNSYLVANIA Criminal Statute as the reason for the prohibition. As all of you that paid attention in your social studies classes know, Newport Kentucky is NOT part of the state of Pennsylvania.

That bit of stupidity (I mean, mere oversight ) is probably above the pay grade of the store manager to address, so I'll have to address the brain trust at corporate about that. If I decide the place is worth patronizing anyway.
