PA doesn't charge tax on cigars but does on other tobacco products, neither does FL. NC has a relatively low tax on cigars, 30 cents per cigar

My friend ordered more and actually called. It's a small 3-person shop. They are just now moving to a linked inventory system that will update their site.

The guy (Greg) told my buddy to just call if he needs anything. Super friendly.
