After leaving Oliva as a master blender he started his own brand in 2012 in partnership with Torano which was bought by General Cigar shortly after. As far as I can tell General and Leccia parted ways by 2016 and can't find much more on his cigars after that. He also made the Luchador which featured a San Andres wrapper that was pretty good.
