When I lived in Las Vegas a decade ago I enjoyed Gordon Biersch and the selection from the Monte Carlo, but I've heard they no longer brew their own beer.

Sorry, wasn't talking about GB. The Monte Carlo, once upon a time, had a brewery in the Hotel/Casino. GB still operates restaurants with breweries. |
