So here is a thought. Now the Pontification mill is claiming the NY Jets are next to change names but would it be really to be more woke or is it because the NY Jets stink and the only way to generate news is PR name changes?

The Team formally known as the Braves have a good record so for them it was mental masturbation and a vague hope for more ticket sales as well as merchandising. I don’t believe for a second it was good will and a guilty conscience but greed and revenue, well, that is just business. Let’s see if it works. They can always change back with some tribal blessings and sponsorships.
