Thanks for the feedback guys.
Building something in like a recovery ventilator is not going to work. It's a two-story house so not like I have access over the office to say an attic.

Also with triple-digit heat out here I'm not sure I would want to circulate new air in from outside.

I guess smoking will have to keep to the weekend until I get some normal post-pandemic work hours.
