I just replied to Photobucket's email and ended It politely.

"Hahahahhhaha, it's non-commercial activity and just for personal use. No EBay, Amazon etc for selling. Just personal use for sharing cigars I've smoked with friends.

So NO. I'm not upgrading to your $399 a year plan and **** YOU!!!!

currently downloading my pics from photobucket, haven't used it for years and storing my pics on a separate hdd now just in case.

Just don't use it for any picture you want to retain ownership of. Post image is exceedingly vague on ownership of content once uploaded.
