Keith, which sous vide circulator do you have? I'm thinking of picking one up. Just did a redneck version (cooler with 135°F water) to reheat a steak.

sorry for the delayed reply....Anova with bluetooth....new model has wifi...works great!

I got the BT version last week. Used it a couple times. Loving it. Wish I'd have known about the wifi. BT range isn't the best.
