Sorry to be not much help. Maybe a humidor/ cigar box could dry some out but ambient humidity may be a factor there too.

I just lay some out on a paper plate, but then the humidity here (Nevada) is extremely low, usually less than 20%.
For areas that are very humid, a good way to dry tobacco, is to place some on a small plate and put it in the refrigerator for an hour + or - (Trial & Error) and it will dry up nicely. A refrigerator is a natural dehumidifier as well.
