joe's shipping in the tank?

Were they able to tell you when your smokes were shipped?
If they had gone right out you should have had them by now.
I think for the most part that USPS does a great job, but my mail carrier told me that sometimes they let the packages, especially the small ones, pile up for a week or so at the local Post Office because they don't have enough employees to sort them. Encouraging isn't it? Be thankful that it's not some necessary mediction you need!

I'd call your local PO or drop by, maybe they can "find" it for you.
