Exactly, air tight. Most tobacco jars I've seen have been pretty traditional or kitschy/figural, but we have sort of a modernist condo so I wanted something modernist.

Thanks! I've never seen one before; I just stumbled across this one on a search for Comoy's estate pipes and I like cobalt.
