CIGAR Tour Cuba Travel

I want in. Just have to make sure it's during the Festival del Habanos, and I'll most likely get lost for the night.

A fellow police officer recently took a trip to cuba. He said the travel agency that he used took care of all of the paperwork to allow travel. I will try to get in touch with him for information on the Travel Agency he used.
