I've never had a bad Padron.

If you're worried you won't care for it, most B&Ms carry Padrons. If you have one nearby, stop in and pick one up to try before buying a box.

Like Fuente and a couple of the other "big players", Padron seems able to get the same tobacco from each year's crop. Hence whatever it tastes like now it tasted like when they were made five years previously, and will continue to do so in the future.

I don't know that I agree with this completely, but they are close from year to year in the sense that the blends don't really seem to change.
