now I need to fined a table saw to cut the two trays in half !

BadBriar did you use a table saw or cut the trays buy hand ?

BadBriar did you use a table saw or cut the trays buy hand ?
Don't laugh... Used a dremmel and then sanded smooth & flat to fit. Table saw would work - just go slow and not rush. The wood on the trays is soft.

I have a table saw if you want use it come on over! I used gorilla wood glue seems to hold very well. As for coping the handles no no no! go ahead man. Got them at ace for .99 each
