Just wanted to give an update.
First, many many thanks to Falconman for this thread.
Now, just after one year after buying the NewAir, its shot, and no warranty. The temp will not stay at 66F but will drop or change to 50 and start cooling. I have disconnected it. When called they want me to send it back to them for repair. Really?
I would advise folks to buy from Costco or other better ones.

Chris... We can't thank you enough for the steps you have provided us on your Wineador build. You have pushed me over the edge too and I'm completing my Wineador build as well.
