Yes this is for my Brazen.
I use a Zero to filter my water for the machine, so I am not getting the build up in that. I just need the pot cleaned out, which is looking rough and no Vinegar wont work for that I tried it already.

I used a solution of Cafiza and water, let it soak and the carafe looked good as new.
I don't know if it's safe for glass, but this is the same stuff I soak my portafilters in, and it makes them sparkle as well.

For cleaning the guts of the pot, the simple vinegar and water solution will work, or you can grab yourself some descaler .
