Here is mine:
*Start off with a medium grind, add the grinds to a one gallon jug (I use about 1/3 of a lb of beans). *Add filtered water to fill container about 3/4 full and let sit, covered in room temp for 12-24 hours (the longer it steeps the stronger it will be, I prefer 24 hours because I can use less beans). *After 12-24 hours pour coffee through gold filter (I like to do this twice). *Taste the coffee black to see what you need to add, it should taste damn good already. *Add milk or water to cut the coffee, fill remaining 1/4 of the container (I prefer milk). *Add some suger if additional sweetness is preferred *Serve on ice, store in fridge. These are my preferences, quantities and ingredients are flexible!
