then why in a world of wonderful computers is that not reflected in the information... certainly if I live in a black hole they know the package is in bound for a black hole and to add a day or two onto the delivery date... this is why I always end up pissed off at USPS... UPS and DHL, FEDEX all arrive when they say they will arrive... it can't be impossible for them...

I've had problems with every delivery service out there. FedEx Home left a package on the doorstep of my business...over the weekend. UPS has failed to deliver on time twice for no apparent reason.
I figure, if it's not important, it will be delivered with utmost efficiency. Work-related supplies, papers, packages for co-workers, etc. If it's something that's going to feed our desires (stogies, car parts, gun parts, ****...etc.) then it will take forever to make it to our hands in a reasonable fashion. But only after calling all of the 1-800 numbers and chewing out people as to why they're drivers can't seem to do their jobs.
