Was it "Ozium" by chance? I only smoke in my car a couple times a year and I've found that Ozium helps clear the smell pretty quickly along with a through vacuuming.

Sounds familiar. Silver spray bottle, uses some kind of pine oil as the main ingredient?

They have about 5 aromas IIRC, there might be one that uses pine oil. I've always used the "original scent" which doesn't smell like it has any pine oil in it and I've never tried any of the other scents so I can't say what they might use. Their claim / advertising shtick for the original scent was "glycolized ozone". I vaguely recall the cans might have been silver and blue 20 something years ago, the newer cans are white and another color depending on the scent.
