I work in JC but don't live here so not sure of the availability of Cigar Friendly Bars but there may be some. They want have leather seating though! I don't think there is a broad smoking band in JC. If you have never been to JC it can be a cultural experience or perhaps a non-cultural experience might be more accurate. I have been working up here for almost 4 years and have never seen a place quite like it. Hoping my work will be moving away from here in the next few months. It is food hell and shopping means Walmart.
