May I ask what."NC" means here? I've seen it in several posts as well as "HERF" and both have me confused.

A "Herf" is where a bunch of guys get together to smoke cigars, swap cigars and lies, and talk smart. Maybe even have a drink.

In case you didn't, I've got a full chest of them in my Humi...I might have to part with them, so let me know if you run out before Oct !
