Where in sf are you going to be at? I love Shabu house down Geary great for all you can eat, there is a great sushi restaurant across the street from it, I have to ask the gf for the name of it. House of prime rib is always a tourist spot but honestly the times I've been here have been hit or miss on the prime rib, I've stopped going there. On the warf I like scomas for their choppino. You can hit hog island oysters at the ferry building, great happy hour for $1 oysters. Their are a lot of eateries at the ferry building too.

I'm a sucky boyfriend so I have no recommendations for valentines dinner.
