Had a rack of ribs from a restaurant for the first time in awhile. Usually am disappointed as I always feel like I can smoke a great rack of ribs at home, so it's hard to justify paying $20-30 for ribs that I may not enjoy as much as mine. So I got them tonight and they were good except there was about a gallon of BBQ sauce on them. GREAT seasoned fries with them though.... __________________ Saving basements in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
