Looks great. Kitchen looks open.. I really like how it is open to the living room. How is the backyard situation?

There isn't literally a back yard. More like front and sides only on a corner lot

At the back of the house is the driveway which is all river rock (i think thats what its called) and that goes the length of the house in back. There is a mudroom on the back, plus the bulkhead door to the celler, so there isn't any room for a backyard. And the shed takes up the rest of the property in the back on the other corner.

That might not make any sense
