King Felix won the Cy young with a 13-12 record.
That year C.C. Sabathia had 21, David price and John Lester had 19 wins.

I hear you...but King Felix was dominant that year and their bullpen blew a ton of games he should have won. Not saying the CC or Price shouldn't have won it that year, because they should have.
