One just opened up in my town a couple weeks ago. Maybe only a week. Before that, I'd never had a Jimmy John's sandwich before.

Now it's been my daily lunch. The bread is fantastic (as I'm sure you know)

Local freshly rolled out pumpkin gnocchi, pepper spaghetti, and fig/mascarpone/prosciutto tortollini each tossed in my own sauces.

Along with Davio's delivery in Boston. I got the flat iron steak, farm egg/parma/salad pizza, and a bunch of other crap.

I love eating.

Grilled brats with sauteed onions and mushrooms and some giardiniera on top. Drinking a cold Bells Oberon with it.

Tonight it's hickory smoked chicken, kale Waldorf Salad and grill roasted hot peppers. Washing it down with a Otter Creek Black IPA
