Default Creamy & Mild-ish

Hi All! As of late I really have been into smokes that have a super creamy flavor note to them and a little bit of spice/pepper. Also, I have been trending toward the mild - medium side of the spectrum. It could just be the hot weather that is influencing that choice. Can anyone offer up some recommendations that will help me further explore this new found love of this creamy delicious flavor?
