Pepperoni Kabobs....May cause happiness and heart attack....

This gives me some good ideas such as:

Italian seasoned chicken with the pepperoni on a skewer and then grilled ... when done slap them on some flat bread with some mozzarella or provolone and sauce ..

Brat's alternated with pepperoni for appetizers with tailgating ...

This is going to require some planning and maybe a trip to COSTCO
