A tough life decision......

I just hope it all works out, This is the anxious part of the purchase. The house could still be bought by someone else

The bank and I finally agreed on a price! It is looking good for this home purchase!

I am still waiting on all the little BS things associated with buying a home, Particularly a foreclosure. It's always something and damn it's stressful at times.
