Okay Officer, lets start from the beginning -
. . . actually you can make up your own caption to this picture. The is a picture of my nephew Chase (the LEO in the photo) that my niece took. I just can't stop laughing at it so I thought I'd share it. We don't know what the little fella was writing down but he sure was intent on getting the facts it seems. She says he is in second grade.
