My advice to anyone shooting a band with pro gear, point the mic away from the band. The sound is excellent
in that way. Gathering sound from a band with the mic pointed at them is useless. Of course if you do not
have a separate mic, you've little choice on the direction it points, right?

My advice when recording us... Take the mic to a different room, cause yeah... We're that loud.
