Anyone else order Undercrowns

I checked with the CC co and they charged the card on the 13th, I call on the 21st and they sent the e mail about having a crash "that" day and didn't have any info. I've called numerous times and left messages since and have heard nothing. The customer service # always goes to voice mail as does the # to check on your order. The CC co suggests giving them a few more days. I've never had an order from an internet co take 2 weeks. Shipping was by UPS according to their site but I haven't received any kind of Number from them to track.

Cancel The CC Transaction With The CC Company As A Last Resort? I Would Try To Contact The Company You Ordered From One More Time.
