Yeah, they are this years released in January. Last years was released at Tobacco Grove. Burn is the only store that has them, but they have a lot of them.

My B&M will let you buy all the Rats you want I believe. Limiting the FFP to 1 per person, even tho they have 4 boxes of FFP
