What's the most you ever spent

Almost 2 years ago, I paid "cash" for my new house to the tune of $275k. Haven't had a house payment for 1-1/2 years after I got my first house sold.

You sir...are my hero. That's what I'm shooting for soon.Albeit tough in this housing market I may have to hold on a few years.
