Settled on a musty old Lord Romeo from 1919. Smoked it until it burned my fingers.

That's almost as old as you, Joe!

It's sobering that my dad was there while I smoked, and I realized that the cigar was 12 years older than him!

Did a puff puff pass of the new Forbidden X
Heart of the Bull & Keeper of the Flame with my
brother tonight We paired them with Ron Zacapa XO!

The HOTB is super full bodied, and full flavored for the
first inch or so! The black pepper concentration in the
retrohale damn near burned my nostrils out! *lol*

The KOTF was very rich, very densely packed, had
flavors of cedar, raisins, and licorice, and hints of
pepper dancing in and out. The strength increased
gradually and even it was a stomach turner as I neared
the nub!

Talk about a great way to bring in the new year!

On a side note! We were also celebrating my brother TheMaduroKid
earning a full ride to S.C.A.D. a great creative arts school! Congratulations
Kirbee!

Already smoked my second stick of the day, a Padron Maddie robusto courtesy of Jake (688sonarmen), which followed a Brickhouse Corona Larga that was better than my last one. Nothing special, but enjoyable smokes.
