2nd that, as well as Melatonin, which can be purchased at any drug store or even Wegmans, It is a naturally occurring hormone that gets the sleep cycle going.
and Genny is not a garbage beer, it is a local beer here in rochester, I would have thrown Pabst Blue Ribbon on the list.
