Kauai, Hawaii - Recommendations?

We just got back from Kauai. It's worth a visit to the Kauai Coffee Company and the Koloa Rum Company. Both have free samples, and the Koloa dark rum is awesome. As far as cuisine, we rented a house and cooked most of our meals, but I can't visit Hawaii without going to Duke's. Their seared ahi is second to none.

Oh, and there's a Kauai Cigar Company, but their stuff was way too overpriced for me to even want to grab one to try.
