I had that happen once. Drez and I were playing and I popped smoke for my care package then ran up some stairs. Well the guy kills me then my care package drops and kills him...it was the last kill in the game and I was already dead. Talk about Epic! You should have heard all the team members talk about it.

I got a kill in the similar scenario in Black Ops. I was dead, care package landed on his head for the game winner. Also got a couple kills on MW2 with Emergency Airdrop crates.
