Made this again tonight. Third times a charm I'd say for sure

This time I am roughly 90% on getting this perfect.

Chicken could have been a bit more brown, but it wasn't dry at all. Probably could have made it with a bit more "juice" but overall I think I did pretty damn good.

To me this is a dish you need to make 3-5 times to get it just right. But once you do
