LaRussa will likely pick a player who just won a World Series for his team. LaRussa is a homer, kind of like Reds fans. And Johnny Bench is great, but there is a debate whether he is the best of all-time too. Yogi Berra was pretty daggum good and lest we forget Mike Piazza is in the discussion as well.

There are certain people in the Reds organization who will claim that Jay Bruce is the best outfielder in baseball and Stubbs is the fastest player in the MLB.
