Brooks beat me to it. It is supposed to be a tweaked T-52. I called over there but now I am on another dreaded list.

When they were blending the T-52, it came down to Saka's blend (#3) and Jon's blend (#4). Saka's blend eventually won out to become the T-52, but with some tweaks taken from the #4 in what Saka describes as a "#3.5". Jon had the rollers continue to produce a small quantity of these T52-4's just for his consumption. One thing led to another, some were given away as the "JD-4" over the last few years, and eventually reaching the point where you see them now. It's similar to the T-52, but fuller, richer and a bit spicier. Very heavy cigar. Probably one of the fullest bodied, if not the fullest bodied, cigar in the DE portfolio. |

Yep...I thought about getting on the list, but I think my next purchase is going to be some of the EPC Coronas (and sadly, I can't get both)...
