Archival glue is the glue to use. Its acid free and won't yellow over time.
On the clear coat... ya got me. I tried using a spray type and probably used too much too fast. A few bands actually got "messed up" by it. The others weren't effected at all... I would do some trial and error on a few bands on some wood glued down, then try out different types of clear coat and different ways of applying it to see which works best. |

On the package it says Paper Glue .... then you read more and its for archival and will say Acid Free on the front. |
